Step into a Story at Your Local Library

The Morris Area Youth Services (MAYS) group brings you, throughout April, a month-long program where you can visit your local libraries and “step” into your favorite children’s books.
Participating libraries have chosen to decorate portions of their children’s spaces to represent a favorite children’s book or series. You can visit Hogwarts from Harry Potter at the Rockaway Public Library, enter the world of Paddington at the Morris County Library, and convince Mo Willem’s Pigeon not to drive the bus at the Denville Public Library.
Here in Chatham, you can step into the Hundred Acre Wood and explore the world of Winnie the Pooh.
At each library you’ll have the chance to enter to win a prize. You can only enter once per library, so the more libraries you visit, the better your chances of winning! Patrons must be 18 years old or younger and be in possession of or have a parent in possession of a valid M.A.I.N. Library card to enter.
