The Chatham Community Band Will Present a Children's Concert On March 18 At The Chatham Middle School

The Chatham Community Band (CCB), under the direction of Mr. Brian Conti, will be holding a Children’s Concert on Sunday March 18, 2012, 4:00PM at the Chatham Middle School, 480 Main Street, Chatham NJ. Music selections for this concert will come from known entities as Disney, Star Wars, Mary Poppins, The Incredibles,  Peter and the Wolf and other popular tunes. We will also feature Kathy Byers, a local guitarist and celebrity performing songs from her album “Round the Campfire” and  “ Do You Wish You Can Fly”. All children will receive a goodie bag and there will be a bake sale after the concert to help support  future CCB events.

The concert is FREE. We invite all children to come join us for this fun  event and we hope you will sing, dance, laugh and play…and see what music is all about. Parents, family members and other adults are certainly encouraged and welcomed to join them too, as who knows, music might  just bring out the kid in all of us.
