CHATHAM, NJ - According to Borough of Chatham Council member Vicki Fife, one of the best kept secrets in town is the Chatham Woman's Club.

"Most people in town are not even aware that there is a Woman's Club in Chatham, let alone that it is 100 years old," Fife said. "But like most women, they have quietly, and without fanfare, worked behind the scenes, giving their time, their energy and their initiative to the town."

Chatham Borough honored the Chatham Woman's Club, presenting a resolution to its current co-presidents, Terry Kandalaft and Caryl Anne McBride at a ceremony held in front of the municipal building during the Fishawack Festival on Saturday.
