CHATHAM, NJ - Administrators and supporters of the Library of the Chathams took to the streets of the Fishawack Festival on Saturday to sign up support for the modernization and reconfiguration of the library.

The Library of the Chathams has raised $1.4 million in its goal to spend $4.5 million renovating the children's room; building a new children's activity center; constructing a new business center; adding a new teen room; adding a meeting room/STEM room; expand local historical facilities, and make infrastructure upgrades.
