Turkey Trot Raises 15K for Fire Department and Diabetes Research

CHATHAM, NJ - Tom Cincotta won in 19:11 and Martha Leveen placed first for the women in 19:52, as the coldest and most successful Turkey Trot 5K was held on Thanksgiving Day.

More than 600 runners participated in the race, which raised $15,000 for the Chatham Township Fire Department and the Diabetes Research Institute.

The top boy runner was Willie O'Neil, who crossed in 22.25, and the first girl to finish was Hailey Harkins, in 24.40. 

The One-Mile Fun Run winners were Josh James and Lana DePasquale.
