Winter Sport Conditioning at the Madison Area YMCA

Seeking better speed, agility and flexibility? The Madison Area YMCA is pleased to offer Winter Sport Conditioning. Certified trainers who have experience in college athletics, running and coaching will work with athletes of all ages and abilities. 

Designed for athletes and non-athletes, the drills and exercises demonstrated in this controlled, constructive and fun environment are appropriate for all sports and will complement any sport program. Non-athletes will learn better balance and coordination. Injury prevention is a key component of the program.

The co-ed program is offered from1:00-2:00 p.m. for 8-12 year olds and from 2:00-3:00 p.m. for13-18 year olds on Thursday, December 26; Friday, December 27; Monday December 30; Tuesday, December 31. The cost is $80 for the package.
