This week’s video features our personal trainer and Program Director, Jen O’Connor, NSCS. Jen has been with The Chatham Club since 1990. She earned her certification as a Personal Trainer from NSCA and has been the Group Exercise Program Director since 1994. Jen is also certified as a Spinning, Yoga, Kinesis, TRX, Power Plate, and Barre instructor. She has attended teacher-training seminars held by the Yoga Journal, Omega Institute, Kripalu Institute and is certified through the American Yoga Academy. Jen finds joy in helping others work towards their fitness goals by overcoming obstacles. She loves to motivate her clients and students to gain the strength, stamina, and flexibility to live a long, happy, healthy, lifestyle. Jen’s mindful training style is great for those with limited spaces and will not disappoint!
This 25-minute Water Bottle Workout is an easy way to burn fat, boost endurance, sculpt muscle, and improve energy all from the comfort of your home! All you will need is a couple of water bottles, cans, or weights and you are ready to go!
