SUMMIT, NJ - YB Fitness is inviting everyone to a special "Group Fitness Appreciation Day" November 28, from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., featuring myriad free classes, including class options for teens beginning at 11 a.m.

Family and friends are welcome to attend the event, which will also include complimentary personal training and body fat evaluations, raffles, TRX, Tabata, and H.I.I.T. demonstrations, a live DJ, free shake samples, and more.

YB Fitness is located at the cross-section of the Summit-Short Hills-Springfield borders at 750 Morris Avenue, was launched in April of 2015, and offers cardio, free weights, personal training, and complementary child care.

The club is especially proud of the 90 studio-quality classes they offer each week. "Many facilities take a position of 'oh, and we have classes,' where we have made them a focal point of our club because our members told us how essential they are to their fitness lifestyle," said David Bell, YB Fitness Executive Vice President.

As word has spread as to the deep commitment YB has to their classes, teachers from many well-known boutique studios have matriculated to the YB, with specific class offerings including YB Barre Dynamic, Cycle YB. Tabata, YB Bounce, Pilates and Yoga.

YB Fitness is currently offering, through December 7, a complimentary YB Cycle, YB Barre Dynamic, or YB Bounce class to showcase their programs. To register, visit ybfitness.com or call 973-218-9100.

YB Fitness is open Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. - 10:30 p.m., Friday from 5 a.m. - 9:30 p.m., and Weekends from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
