Storytime is an 8-week, progressive program for preschoolers and their caregivers.

Registration required

24 months and younger – 9:45 am

4 to 6 years – 10:15 am

2 to 3 years – 11 am

Income Tax Assistance

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) is held on Wednesdays, February 6 to April 10 from 10 am to 2 pm.  Appointments for this free service may be made in person or by calling the library at 973-635-0603.  Please bring all your financial records from 2018, copies of your 2017 Federal and State tax returns, photo ID, all printed and blank forms from the Internal Revenue Service, and proof of Social Security Number for all dependents.

Two Chatham High School students will provide homework help for children in Grades K to 5.  All subjects welcome!

Gen Y Networking Group is a forum dedicated to job searching, networking, and career development.  The group is open to all job seekers.

Yoga Storytime with Miss Rachael – 10 or 10:45 am

For preschoolers and their caregivers – please choose one session

Practice yoga poses to go along with yoga stories.

FRIDAY, MARCH 8

Anime Club – 3 to 4:30 pm

Grades 6 to 12

Come read, watch, and discuss anything and everything about anime and manga with other fans. 

SATURDAY, MARCH 9

BOOK SALE!

The Annual Friends of the Library Book Sale will take place from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Thousands of books and movies for adults and children at bargain-basement prices!  Don’t miss this unique event that brings Chatham residents together every year.  For those who want to take first dibs on the sale, early admission is available from 7:30 am to 9:30 am for $25.

Drop-In Storytime – 11 am

For children of all ages.  No registration required.

BOOK SALE CONTINUES – BAG SALE

You can buy books and movies by the bagful from 10 am to 4 pm.
