Chatham Borough Police Make Arrest on Contempt Warrant

On January 8th, 2018, Officer Matthew Belcastro arrested James Temple, age 59 from Parsippany, New Jersey on an active contempt of court warrant issued by the Municipality of Madison. Officer Belcastro encountered Mr. Temple while investigating an incident when the customary check uncovered the warrant.
