On February 9, 2019, Officer Matthew Belcastro arrested Soha Salleem, age 22, from Basking Ridge, New Jersey for driving while intoxicated. Officer Belcastro observed the vehicle driven by Soha Salleem weaving within the traffic lane on Main Street and initiated a motor vehicle stop.
