REVISED MEETING FORMAT
Board of Education Meeting
July 13, 2020 – 7:30 PM
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT due to the current State of Emergency declared by the Government of the State of New Jersey and the United States regarding COVID- 19, the July 13, 2020, Board Meeting is being held in the CHS Cafeteria with a maximum limit of 50 people in attendance. The Board Members, Superintendent, Business Administrator/Board Secretary and required district staff members total approximately 20 people so the maximum number of the public that can be in attendance is 30 people. The public can still view the meeting remotely via video conference.
The Public may observe the meeting “live” in the same manner as always for the regular meetings via the following link: www.youtube.com/Chathamhighschool. Public comments can be emailed to the Board of Education at boemember@chatham- nj.org. The comments can be sent prior to the meeting and during the meeting prior to the Public Commentary portions of the meeting. All public comments must include the senders’ full name and address and will be read aloud at the Board Meeting.
During this meeting, agenda items will include curriculum, personnel, finance, facilities and policy. Other general business may be conducted as required.
