CHATHAM, NJ - In an attempt to provide the Chatham High Class of 2020 with as much fun and fanfare as possible, the Chatham High PTO has been working behind the scenes during the pandemic to make the sendoff special this spring.

Quietly, requests were made to members of the community to find dignitaries, celebrities, and Chatham icons that would send surprise well wishes to the graduating seniors. The community responded with many terrific and willing participants.

What started as an idea for a couple of greetings, has turned into 14 days of ”Senior Shout-outs”. Starting on Monday, June 1st, Chatham Seniors have received thoughtful and kind messages from various individuals. They have included Evan Spiegel (Co-founder and CEO of Snapchat), Ryan Fitzpatrick (former Jets quarterback), Nicole Mann (astronaut), and Bonnie Hunt (actress) to name a few.
