NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Education, School District of the Chathams is scheduled to take place on Monday, November 4, 2019 in the Chatham High School Media Center located at 255 Lafayette Avenue, Chatham, New Jersey. The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM with agenda items to include personnel, finance and curriculum. Other general business may be conducted as needed.

Please take notice that, at its regularly scheduled meeting on November 4, 2019, the School District of the Chathams Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) shall meet for the purpose of renegotiating, amending or otherwise altering the terms of the employment contract with the Superintendent of Schools. At this hearing, members of the public are invited to submit public comments regarding this topic. The Board, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b), the “Open Public Meetings Act,” shall not publicly discuss personnel matters and shall not respond to comments made by members of the public. The Board will give all comments appropriate consideration.

Please be aware that the subject of this hearing retains the right of privacy and shall retain all rights regarding defamation and slander according to the laws of New Jersey.
