A group of 27 teenagers and 12 adults from Chatham's Corpus Christi Parish went out to Cowen, West Virginia to provide service work for the residents there during the week of June 23-29th.

"We built steps and a landing for one house, roofed another, painted a white clapboard church, and made friends with homeowners," M.A. “Psomi” Psomas-Jackloski, youth minister, said.

"All worked in the hot sun, and sometimes had to dodge passing thunderstorms, but everyone was pleased with the opportunity to be of service to others."
