CHATHAM, NJ - The Borough of Chatham Council will hold its regular meeting, 6 p.m., Monday, April 13. Due to Coronavirus safety concerns, the mayor and council will hold the meeting without the public in attendance.

CHATHAM BOROUGH MAYOR AND COUNCIL NOTICE OF MEETING Monday, April 13, 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Chatham will hold its Regular Meeting, telephonically on Monday, April 13, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. (instead of 7:30 p.m.), Borough Hall – Council Chambers, 54 Fairmount Avenue, Chatham, New Jersey. Due to the pandemic of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), measures were taken by the State of New Jersey to limit the spread of the virus via Executive Order No. 107 and through the Emergency Legislation by New Jersey State Legislature permitting public bodies to conduct meetings, and to provide notice via electronic means during periods of emergency. In support of the state’s measures to limit the spread of COVID-19, the Borough of Chatham has limited the public from physically attending the Mayor and Council meeting to be held on Monday, April 13, 2020, to ensure the safety of all. However, during the meeting, the public may participate by dialing 973-635-0674 Ext. 220 to make a public comment. The Mayor and Council meeting will be televised as usual. This measure is being taken out of precaution for the safety of all.
