CHATHAM, NJ - Chatham resident Bruce Harris, who served eight years as the mayor of Chatham Borough, has been named to the State Planning Commission by Gov. Phil Murphy.

"I am looking forward to having an opportunity to serve the broader New Jersey community by participating in this important planning endeavor," Harris said.

Harris is one of four new members added to the commission. The others are Thomas Wright, who was named the chairman of the commission; Shanel Y. Robinson and Elizabeth Terenik.
