GREEN VILLAGE, NJ - Chatham residents who made the ultimate sacrifice defending our country were remembered during the annual Memorial Day ceremony held by the Green Village Fire Department Monday on the triangle.

Rudy Savoie played Taps and Green Village Fire Chief Michael Zalis laid the wreath in honor of those lost in the ceremony. Leslie MacDonald sang the national anthem.

The Green Village Memorial Day ceremony included remembrances and prayers from Janet Doherty and Pastor Annie Williams of the Green Village United Methodist Church.
