CHATHAM, NJ - The Chatham Township Committee will hold a Special Meeting set to start at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29 at the township municipal building, 58 Meyersville Rd.

According to Chatham Township Committee member Tracy Ness, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss litigation in executive session. An update on the affordable housing issue will take place during the 7:30 p.m. Thursday regular meeting.

One of the topics of discussion in the executive session will be the lawsuit filed by Chatham Township residents, Christopher and Ashley Felice, which was announced at the Jan. 7 committee meeting. Also set to be discussed behind closed doors is the related "Judgement of Compliance" with the third round affordable housing obligation.
