MORRISTOWN, NJ -- Senior Anthony Gonzalez made it look easy in pitching Chatham into the quarterfinal round of the Morris County Tournament on Friday at Harry Shatel Field.

The right-hander took a no-hitter into the sixth inning and finished with a two-hitter as No. 22 seed Chatham upended No. 6 seed Morristown, 5-1, in the opening round of the MCT.

FLORHAM PARK, NJ -- Maddy Peckham shot a 46 over the front nine at the Pinch Brook Golf Club in leading Chatham to a 190 to 198 girls golf victory over Parsippany on Thursday.

Claire Nowikas carded a 47 and Jorah Burns scored a 48 for Chatham (11-0). Burns carded a birdie during her round, her fourth in her last six matches. Kayla Murray contributed a 49 for the Cougars.
