MADISON, NJ - Chatham scored second-place finishes in the shot put, javelin and high jump in gaining 41 points, good for fourth place at the Dodgertown Relays held on Saturday at Madison High.

Sam Dennerlein had the longest shot put throw of the meet - 48 feet - and teamed up with Kevin Ferreira (37 feet, 3/4 inches) for a combined throw of 85 feet, 3/4 inches to take second place for Chatham.

In the javelin, the Cougars took second place with a combined distance of 275 feet, 9 inches as Ivan Rozkhov set a personal record with a throw of 146 feet, e inches, and Stavros Makris made a personal-best throw of 129 feet, 6 inches.

In the high jump, the team of Thomas DePinto and Kyle Kressler together cleared 10 feet, 10 inches to place second.

Chatham's sprint medley team of Alex Williams, Sam Viola, Jackson D'Costa, and Michael Culleton placed fifth in 3:48.

Chatham's 4x800 relay of Sean Dutton, Jake Fortuna, Greg Himstreet, and Peter Duffy placed fifth in 8:56.

Chatham distance medley team Sean Dutton, Jake Fortuna, Pat Grosso, and Greg Himstreet placed sixth in 11:28.

The discus team of Sam Dennerlein, Kevin Ferreira, and Thomas Whyte placed third for Chatham with a distance of 300 feet.
Julian de Keyzer had the best pole vault of the meet at 11 feet, 6 inches, teaming with Joe DeCandia to take third place for Chatham with 19 feet, 6 inches.
