WARREN, NJ - Freshman Flora Jeng won both the 50 and 100 freestyle races and swam on two winning relays to help the undefeated Chatham girls swimming team win its ninth straight with a 97-73 win over Mountain Lakes.

Will Nash, Kyle Beebe and Mark Albarez all won individual races for the Chatham boys in an 81.5 to 74.5 win over the Lakers at the Morris Union Jointure Pool on Thursday.

For the Cougar girls, Sara Barrett touched first in the 500 freestyle and Erica Iizuka placed first in the 100 breaststroke.

The 200 freestyle relay team of Monica Iizuka, Sara Barrett, Olivia Polemeni, and Flora Jeng and the 400 freestyle relay team of Sara Barrett, Isabella Hoie, Monica Iizuka and Flora Jeng both touched first.

For the Chatham boys, Nash won the 200 individual medley, Albarez touched first in the 100 butterfly, and Beebe won the 100 backstroke.

The 200 freestyle relay team of James Lord, Will Nash, Aiden Auer and Atticus Chang took first, and the Chatham 400 freestyle relay of Albarez, Ryan Snarr, Will Nash and Kyle Beebe placed first against ML.
