BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Molly Coyne scored two goals and Audrey Van Wie collected a goal and an assist for the Chatham girls ice hockey team in a 4-1 win over Madison on Friday at the Bridgewater Sports Arena.

It was the first meeting since the two high schools split into separate teams after joining together to form a cooperative team the previous two seasons. The Chatham-Madison team won the Morris Union Girls Ice Hockey League championship last season.

Van Wie and Coyne each netted a goal in the first period when Chatham moved to a 2-0 lead.
