MORRIS PLAINS, NJ - Sam Ellis place first in 17:33, leading the Chatham JV boys cross-country team to a first-place finish at the Morris County Championships held Wednesday at Greystone.

The win marked the third straight first-place finish for the Chatham JVs, following wins at the Manhattan Invitational and the Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference Championship.

Charlie Henne clocked 14:46 to win the 4K freshman race for Chatham, helping the Cougars secure third place in the county.
