MADISON, NJ - Chatham freshman Ryan Beegle set a personal record in winning the 1600-meter race and led off the winning 4x400 relay team at the Frosh/Soph Morris County Winter Track Championships held Monday at Drew University.

Cougar sophomore Jack Koury took first place in the hurdles race with a personal-best time of 8:40.

The Chatham freshmen placed third as a team with 46 points. The Cougar sophomores were second behind Randolph with 42 points.

Beegle ran a personal-best time of 4:46.12 in taking first in the 1600, and teamed up with Leo Valenzuela, Julian Lee, and Alex Krack in winning the 4x400 relay in 3:58.88.
