CHATHAM, NJ - Senior guard Maddie Hartnett dropped in a game-high 18 points and senior forward Shannon Donohoe produced a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds as top-seeded Chatham scored a 52-33 girls basketball win over 8th-seeded Summit in the NJSIAA North Jersey, Section 2, Group 3 state quarterfinals on Wednesday night.

Chatham (22-5) will play host to No. 5 seed West Morris (13-14) 7 p.m. Friday in the sectional semifinals.

Junior guard Tess Ford scored 10 points to give Chatham three players in double figures. Olivia Lawlor led Summit (15-11) with 13 points.

The Cougars have split two regular-season meetings with West Morris, dropping a 38-32 road game on Feb. 3 and winning a 60-25 game at home on Feb. 11.
