MOUNTAIN LAKES, NJ - Olivia Larson redirected home a corner kick taken by Grace Van Sciver in the 60th minutes, culminating Chatham's rally from a two-goal deficit in the Cougars' 3-2 girls soccer win over Mountain Lakes on Tuesday.

Mountain Lakes (9-4) held a 1-0 edge at the break and increased its lead to 2-0 in the second half before Chatham (9-3) scored three straight goals to win it.

The Cougars, who had been eliminated from the Morris County Tournament on Sunday, tied the game at 2-2 on goals by Lizzie O'Neill and Sophie Straka.

.“After this past weekend it was the best possible response," Chatham coach Gary Adair said. "The girls were brilliant, showing great character to drag themselves back into the game and win after going 2 goals down.”
