RANDOLPH, NJ - Cameron Sims won the third singles county championship, leading the Chatham girls tennis team to its seventh straight Morris County Tournament team championship on Sunday at the County College of Morris.

Sims defeated Ella Sharkey of Randolph 7-6 (7-0), 6-1 to win the MCT singles title as Chatham finished with 18 points to finish ahead of second-place Morristown Beard, which had 16 points.

Remarkably, it is the seventh MCT championship for James Cai, who has won the county team title in each of his seven years as the Chatham girls coach.
