CLARK, NJ - Clark's Girl Scout Daisy Troop #40626 recently planted flowers at the Clark Recreation Center entrance on Westfield Avenue.

The troop, girls from the Frank K. Hehnly School first grade, performed this activity as part of the Girl Scouts "It's Your  World, Change It - Flower Garden Journey." Planting flowers and similar projects help the girls put into action what they have learned through the Girl Scout Promise and Law regarding making the world a better place and helping their community.

Clark Recreation Director Ralph Bernardo provided the colorful begonias for the project.
