CLARK, NJ – The National Weather Service  has issued a blizzard warning for Union County.   The warning is in effect from 1 p.m.  Monday to midnight Tuesday.   The snow will begin slowly tomorrow and pick up in the afternoon into the evening with the significant snow expected to come around midnight and into Tuesday.  Accumulations of up to 30 inches are possible with strong winds and limited visibility.

Clark Residents are required to move all cars and basketball hoops often used curbside off the street.   These objects prevent thorough road cleaning and cause a significant road hazard to municipal employees in whiteout conditions.   Residents are urged to work together with neighbors so everything can be removed from the streets.

Please reserve use of the 911 system for emergencies only.   For non-emergency questions you can reach the Clark police at 732-388-3434.  County Police can be reached at 908-654-9800 to report issues on County roads.
