METUCHEN, NJ -- The students of St. Joseph High School in Metuchen bring to life King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table in their spring musical production of "Camelot."
This Lerner and Loewe musical, based on the T. H. White novel "The Once and Future King," tells the story of the idealistic young King Arthur, his Queen Guenevere, and the daring Lancelot. Love, adventure, drama and action surround the stage. First performed on Broadway in 1960, the musical became the symbol of the Kennedy era.
The show is presented in the Catanzaro Theatre at Saint Joseph High School, 145 Plainfield Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840
The remaining show schedule will be: April 29 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.; and April 30 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets sold at the door: $20 for adults, $15 for students and seniors.
