CLARK, NJ - Cub Scouts from Clark Pack 145 planted approximately 50 bare root trees in an area behind the Clark Municipal Pool on Saturday morning.

Pack committee chair Scott McCabe said the area had been particularly hard-hit during Hurricane Sandy and new trees would aid in the area’s regrowth and recovery.

The bare-root saplings were provided by the New Jersey Forest Service.
