CLARK, NJ – The Clark Health Department has teamed up with CVS Pharmacy this year to offer flu shots to the public. On Monday, October 5, those adults wanting a flu shot can head to the cafeteria in the Clark Recreation Center. Shots will be available between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
According to officials, participants must fill out a wellness check list prior to having a shot. They must also bring their insurance cards as CVS will bill carriers for the shot. No cash or check transactions will be accepted at this event.
Anyone wishing to complete the required forms ahead of time, can call Clark Health Officer Nancy Raymond at 732-428-8405. Leave full name, address and how many forms needed.
On the day of the clinic, social distancing is required as are face coverings that fully cover attendees noses and mouths at all times.
Participants should park by the tennis courts. Entrance will be permitted through the gymnasium doors only and exiting will be through the cafeteria so traffic flows in one direction. Signage will be posted to guide those in attendance.
