Clark Home Sales Figures for 2015 Published; Average Prices Rank 9th in County

New home construction in Union County Credits: John Mooney

CLARK, NJ -- Clark ranked ninth in average Union County home sale prices during 2015, according to recently released figures from the New Jersey Department of the Treasury.

In Clark, the average price was $417,180, falling slightly below eighth place Fanwood at $430,613. Meanwhile, the average home price in Union County was $448,497, and the average in the state of New Jersey was $397,279.
