Clark Library Seeks Hole Sponsors and Designers for Annual Mini Golf Event

CLARK, NJ – The Friends of the Clark Library are hosting a miniature golf event on Saturday, Feb. 4 at the library and need the community’s help.

The group is asking for Clark businesses, clubs and organizations to sponsor a hole or design and create a hole and putting green for their 18-hole course. 

Sponsorships are prominently displayed and cost $50 for one hole or $75 for two.  For those looking to create their own hole, please keep the following rules in mind:

  • The hole must be NO larger than 2 ½ ft. wide x 8 ft. long.
  • No liquids.
  • No sand.
  • No electrical.
  • The carpet will be the green.

Designers have the opportunity to get creative with their obstacles, boundaries and borders and can even choose a theme.

Businesses, clubs and organizations are also welcome to both sponsor and create holes on the course.

Volunteers can set up their holes from 9:30 a.m. through 11:45 a.m. on the day of the event.  The event itself will run from noon until 3:00 p.m.  In the event of a snow storm, the event will move to Feb. 11.

To sponsor or design a hole, or participate/donate in any way, contact clarklibraryfol@gmail.com by Jan. 11.

The Friends of the Clark Library are a nonprofit organization whose mission is to raise funds for the Clark Public Library and to promote awareness of the library and its many functions, programs and activities.  All proceeds will benefit the Clark Public Library.
