CLARK, NJ – Mayor Bonaccorso is hosting a meet-up location for the MAGA Drag the Interstate event at the Clark Municipal Building on Saturday, October 3.  The event as advertised on social media is a road rally in support of President Trump.

According to Bonaccorso, he happened to be in the Target shopping center several weeks ago and met a group of folks gathering for an earlier rally.  He said after speaking with them, he invited them to meet up at town hall for the next one instead.

“I told them, let’s leave from the municipal building next time, since the shopping center is private property and the crowd could get in the way of folks shopping, it’s not fair,” Bonaccorso said.  “They reached out when planning the next trip, and so we are leaving from that the municipal building on Saturday.”
