The Clark Public School District’s Special Education Department recently received a $1,000 grant from the Investors Foundation. David Nunes, Vice President and Senior Bank Manager of Investors Bank in Clark, presented the check to the students in Ms. Rosenmeier and Ms. DiIorio’s classes. The grant will help further the district’s mission of incorporating technology into the classroom by supporting its iPad program. Students will use the iPads to engage in learning activities that require real-world application.
“We are very grateful to the Investor’s Foundation for this generous grant. Using technology is such an important component of the academic and functional daily living skills our students are working on. The Clark community continues to demonstrate their commitment to our school system and our children,” said Director of Student Support Services Doreen Babis.
