CLARK, NJ - There is a new team member at Cornerstone Physical Therapy Health and Wellness Center. Christopher DaSilva graduated Kean University in 2014, where he attained a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Biology. After graduating, Chris was accepted at Dominican College of Blauvelt in Orangeburg, NY, where he attained his Doctorate Degree in physical therapy in 2017.
Chris performed one of his clinical rotations at Cornerstone Physical Therapy Health and Wellness Center, while he was in school for physical therapy. Chris plans on pursuing additional certifications in the future including being certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). He is also planning on becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), accredited to manage post-concussion patients and return to play protocols, and possibly becoming a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).
Away from work, Chris is an avid sports fanatic that follows soccer, football, motocross, hockey, baseball, basketball, and golf. Chris has played soccer his whole life and coached a high level travel team based out of Elizabeth for two years. Chris is a compassionate and extremely determined individual who portrays a strong passion for the field of physical therapy and providing the best care for his patients.
