CLARK, NJ – Recently, the Clark school district’s Interim Superintendent Ed Grande announced the launch of live-streaming ‑ a new initiative that allows school events to be viewed in real-time online from any remote location.

Two recent events, the April 5 board of education meeting and the district-wide Band Bonanza, were live-streamed through links on the district’s website.  These links remain available to the public after the initial stream.

“We are in the process of creating an online repository for these streams and will keep you updated as we progress with this goal,” Grande said.

Grande has mentioned this upcoming initiative in recent months, including the March Board of Education meeting.  Grande used graduation as a perfect example of the opportunities provided by live-streaming. Family members who may have previously missed the ceremony can now watch live from computers and mobile devices.

Stay tuned as Clark continues to roll-out this new initiative.
