Clark’s Special Services Department Presents 'Helping Your Child with Organization and Study Skills'

On Thursday, November 12, 2015 at the ALJ High School,  the Clark Special Services Department offered a presentation on how parents can support their children at home. 

Nina Conner, Carol Iden and Margo Rosenmeier, distric special education teachers, discussed organizational strategies, resources, games and study skills  that can easily be implemented at home.  

Lisa Giandana and  Erin Reilly, learning consultants/case managers, also discussed the impact of some learning disabilities and strategies to build on strengths to support weaknesses.  

Surprise guest appearances were made by some of our own students!

Cranford Man Dies after Wrong-Way Crash on Route 9

April 10, 2018

WOODBRIDGE, NJ – A Cranford man died after his car collided with another vehicle on Route 9 on Sunday.

Thomas McHugh, 88, was driving north in the southbound fast lane on Route 9, where he crashed head-on into another vehicle. On impact, one of the cars caught fire, according to Sgt. Jim Chessere of the Woodbridge Police Department.
