Clark’s Valley Road Students Send Valentine Cheer

CLARK, NJ – Students at Valley Road School sent Valentine’s Day messages of hope and love to children in the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia recently. 

Mrs. Pinto’s and Mrs. Koepfler’s students learned about the hospital and how they could help the children staying at the facility. According to teachers, after a discussion about how they would feel missing Valentine’s Day with their classmates, students decided to create cards to make the hospitalized children feel like part of their school community.

The classes teamed up to spread cheer to those in need this year.  Students created original Valentine’s Day cards by hand that contained special messages
