I’m running for Second Ward Council because I am committed to Clark and my neighbors in the Second Ward.  I believe that we deserve a representative who is dedicated to working every day on behalf of Clark.

I’ve lived in Clark for more than eight years.  During this time, I had never once met the Second Ward Councilman.  It wasn’t until Councilman Rich Kazanowski knocked on my door when he was running for Mayor that I finally learned the name of the current Second Ward Councilman.  I believe something is wrong when I’ve lived here and never met or heard from the person on Council who is representing me.  I have decided to run for Council so that I can provide the service and personal contact that I believe my neighbors deserve.

Let me tell you a little about myself.  I’ve worked for NJ Transit for the past 31 years in an administrative capacity and as a Union Representative for the Transportation Communication Union.  I am an Army Veteran once stationed with the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg NC, and hold a BS in Finance and Accounting from Rutgers University.  Each of my life experiences has given me valuable skills which I believe I can bring to Council here in Clark.

I am a parishioner of St. Agnes Church where I am a member of the Music Ministry as well as other Ministries and sing in their Choir.  I was instrumental in starting the Instructional Soccer Program for the St. Agnes School where I also coached basketball and volleyball.  I also coached for the Clark Soccer Club.

Unfortunately, Rich Kazanowski, who I called my friend, has passed away but has left me with a legacy of service and dedication to his people that I admire and want to continue.  My priority if elected, will be to listen to your concerns and serve and represent you and the entire Clark Family to the best of my ability.

I am walking through out the Ward to talk with each and everyone, to hear your thoughts and ideas and I look forward to meeting you.

How to Report Potholes in Union County

April 21, 2018

With the winter weather finally winding down, potholes are a frequent issue for drivers. The Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders would like you to know there are resources you can use to report them to the proper agency.

"We certainly encourage drivers and commuters to report any pothole they encounter on roads throughout Union County to the responsible authority," said ...

Politics IS Government in Union County

April 21, 2018

After Bruce Patrson of Garwood was stopped from speaking at the Union County freeholder meeting of March 22 regarding the politics behind refusing to give the party line to a sitting freeholder I thought this brazen suppression of free speech could not go unanswered. At the the April 19 meeting I answered with these comments.

After ten years of following government in Union County I conclude ...
