First Time Homebuyers Find The Guidance They Need At ERA Village Green Realty


Clark, NJ –  ERA Village Green Realtors recently hosted a luncheon seminar for its sales staff at their office. The seminar focused on tips for first-time homebuyers to navigate what will likely be the largest single purchase of their life. The first time home buyer program was presented by John Miccio Jr Senior Loan Officer and Timothy Maher Senior Vice President of Investors Home Mortgage Bank.

They introduced key loan programs to help First time home buyers get started, known as the ”First Home Club.” This program provides a grant to assist in their down payment. 

“With the advice of a real estate sales professional, first-time homebuyers can minimize the concerns of one of the most important purchases they’ll make in their life,” said Anthony D’Agostino,Broker owner of ERA Village Green Realtors.

"We see these seminars as a way of reaching out to our community and letting customers know we’re here to help.  The seminar covered  the importance of finding the right financing for their needs”, D’Agostino said.
