CLARK, NJ - Concerned family, friends and neighbors are calling out to the community and beyond to consider helping a Clark family.   Julia Morreale, a 15-year-old Clark student has been fighting cancer and is in need of a bone marrow transplant according to a Go Fund Me Page set up to help her family.  Morreale would be the first-ever heart transplant recipient to undergo a bone-marrow treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering.  The family has said that because the treatment is deemed risky and experimental, insurance may not pay for the procedure.  At this time, friends have started the charitable giving page to help the family offset the costs of care and other expenses.
