WOODBRIDGE, NJ – A single-vehicle accident at mile marker 133.5 on the southbound Garden State Parkway had traffic at a standstill Thursday afternoon.   According to the New Jersey State Police, two people were ejected from the vehicle.  Although both were reported to be “alert and conscious,” one was flown by helicopter to an area hospital.

According to a Breaking News Network alert, traffic on the Parkway stretched for 10 miles. The heavy Parkway traffic resulted in back-ups on local roadways.
