Holiday Road Trip: Celebrate 25 years of Wonder at Morristown's Gingerbread Wonderland; on Display December 2 -11 at The Frelinghuysen Arboretum

MORRISTOWN, NJ - Each year over 10,000 visitors come to the Frelinghuysen Arboretum to view more than 100 awe-inspiring, edible, gingerbread creations. Past masterpieces have included Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Santa’s Workshop, Hanukah Menorahs, a grand piano, the nutcracker, and even the White House.

The Gingerbread Wonderland is held from Friday, December 2 through Sunday, December 11, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays until 7:30 p.m. at The Frelinghuysen Arboretum, 353 East Hanover Ave., Morris Township.

“For feel-good, holiday fun, Gingerbread Wonderland is a must-see,” said Lesley Parness, Superintendent of Horticultural Education at the Morris County Park Commission. “In addition to the amazing exhibit, on Saturdays and Sundays holiday shopping is easy at the Holiday Craft Show. Artists and crafters offer a variety of beautiful, hand-made, and affordable gifts perfect for that special person on your list.”

The Holiday Craft Show is open December 3, 4, 10, and 11 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Admission is $2 per person gains entry to both Gingerbread Wonderland and the Holiday Craft Show. Children under age 2 are FREE. Groups of 10 or more must make a reservation by calling 973.326.7601.
