CLARK, NJ - The Clark Public Library will be transformed into a miniature golf course on Saturday, Feb. 6, as the Friends of the Clark Library hold their "Hole Lot of Fun" fundraiser from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
"It will be fun for the whole family," event organizer Karen DeMarco said. "It's just $5.00 per person to play, and that includes snacks and hot chocolate."
Miniature golf holes will be set up for participants to play through. Players might even spot a book to borrow on their way around the course.
The Friends of the Clark Library conduct a number of different fundraisers throughout the year. Funds are used to underwrite special library projects, community services and educational and entertainment programs for youth and adult library patrons.
Memberships in the Friends of the Library are also available. Individuals may join for $10, families for $15, senior citizens and students for $5, and a business or organization membership is $50. Meetings are held monthly from September through June.
