CLARK, NJ – Clark residents are invited to work out this weekend for their health and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.    On Saturday February 27 Tutela Training Systems is hosting a charity workout featuring four one-hour group sessions beginning at 8 a.m.

A $25 donation is required to participate in the workout, with 100% of the proceeds going to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  All participants in the program will receive a free week of training and a personal nutritional consultation.

“I think it’s a win-win situation any time that we can give back to the community while instilling a healthier state of mind,” said Chris Tutela, founder of Tutela Training Systems, who has 10 years of experience as a strength and conditioning specialist. “Our last fundraiser was a tremendous success, we raised more than $500 in the fall and it’s something that we’re excited to build off of.”

St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

“Our vision is to enable as many people as possible to be the best version of themselves – both physically and mentally – and this aligns with that,” added Tutela.

There are a limited number of spots in each time slot, so advance registration is required. Tutela Training Systems is a high-intensity, group-centric training facility located at 1065 Raritan Road, across from Acme.   For more information or to RSVP, email
