CLARK, NJ - The Carl H. Kumpf Middle School ATOMS Team (Academic Tournament Open to Middle Schools) recently secured their place in the final competition against Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School scheduled for April 24 at the Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School.

Each week of the tournament, students play three rounds, similar to Jeopardy.  Questions and topics vary from art to science to pop culture.

Christina Faro is the advisor of the club.  Leading up to the tournaments, she meets with students to practice trivia questions. "I'm beyond proud of the ATOMS team and their hard work.  We look forward to the April competition," said Faro.

Following the competition, there will be a banquet for both teams, coaches, principals, and parents.
