Meet 'Your Personal Realtor' Jacki Venezio Hogan

Jacki Venezio loves being known as Your Personal Realtor because it isn’t just business to her, it is personal.

CLARK, NJ - Few purchases require as large of a financial, time and emotional commitment as buying or selling a house.   Having a client feel valued, respected, appreciated and satisfied throughout the process is the most important part of any relationship to local realtor Jacki Venezio Hogan.

When it comes to buying or selling a home, Jacki is the reigning champion of being “all in” for her clients. She is dedicated to building quality lasting relationships and serving her client’s needs.  “Sometimes people tell me I’m nuts because I’m not after just selling a house, I’m about making them (clients) happy and I won’t let them overpay,” said Jacki. “I’m honest and I have integrity and I want my clients satisfied with their choices.”

Jacki understands that attention to detail and the quality of interaction are essential to her work with clients and these are the reasons she aims to provide a very customized experience for each of her clients.  She believes it is part of the reason many of her clients have ended up becoming friends and some have become like family to her over time.

Whether they are looking for a home or seeking to list one, Jacki works to influence the perfect outcomes.    “I truly am your personal realtor.  I will do whatever it takes to help my clients,” she said.  “I have helped my clients clear out their homes, sell unwanted furniture, get estimates, stage their homes for sale and buy or sell in many counties around New Jersey.”

Jacki’s love of houses and decorating are what led her to the real estate industry.  Having grown up in Clark and raising her own children here, her attachments to the community and beyond run deep.

Between her lifelong friendships with many people and her mother Louise’s work as the town’s Planning Board Secretary, Jacki is never short of a connection and never grows tired of hearing a memory shared about her mom from a fellow resident.

Being connected to the clients she serves is a natural extension of how she leads her own life in service to others and the community.   Jacki started a woman’s networking group in Clark two years ago.  Her goal was to bring together a group of like-minded Clark business women to help empower each other in their businesses and to collectively give back to the community.   The Clark NJ Business Women’s group started in 2016 and meets monthly.

Jacki loves being known as Your Personal Realtor because it isn’t just business to her, it is personal.   If you are looking for a professional realtor with a truly personal touch, contact Jacki Venezio Hogan at 732-259-3446.
